I do not want two jobs to run at the same time. These two jobs are in two different group and tables.
How can this be done in Control-M?

You could also make the jobs dependent on the same quantitative resource.

Create a quantitative resource with a max value of one and then in each of the jobs make them dependent on that resource being available.

Hint: In the Control-M/EM GUI select Tools --> Quantitative Resources --> New ... go from there.

Why you don't use the Control Resources to serialise your jobs ?

Control Resources indicates the resources required by the job during execution and the type of control (shared or exclusive)
