install agent 620 's problem on cluster windows

Post by Ozarm » 11 Jul 2008 3:39

I want to install an agent Windows there v6.2.01 on servers Windows clusters 2003.
I've one service cluster for ex clutig602
3 group clusters:
clutig602 Group Cluster 1 = > with network name clutig602
MBX1 Group Cluster 2 = > network name MBX1
MBX2 Group Cluster 3 = > network name MBX2

During agent 's wizard install
it discovers well 3 clusters groups.
On the other hand it discover only on the Group Cluster 1 the network name associated + disk resource i don't need this

and not on 2 other clusters Groups it does not see either a network name / or disk
While the resources (network name + disk) are defined on the cluster administrator.

If I test to acces disk Ok (since MBX1)
net use \\MBX2\J$
command succesfully

Anybody has already meet this type of problem?
Must I to define something for agent to cluster administrator?

In each cluster group you must have a different network resource and a different disk resource defined.
Some of these configurations are not well set ?

Have you defined in the cluster administrator:
- the cluster group and in the cluster group the resources:
- the network name
- the disk resorce?

If yes:
in the installation choose the cluster group name and you have the resources: network name and disk listed.
