Control M agent 6.2.000 on Windows - CTMFW not recoginsed

Having issue running filewatchers on Windows on a 6.2 agent, getting following error :

ctmfw "E:\Jscdw\Jsucdw\Data\InBox\SHPLIN*.ctl" CREATE 0 60 10 3 900 N 1000 0 1Min -agent HO1UAT
'ctmfw' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

any ideas as it seems to work on some windows machines and not others ?
have checked PATH variable and the directory is there

Je pense qu'il faut faire un arret/relance de la machine pour prendre en compte le chemin d'acces au utilitaire CTM.

working fine, looks like its the Team that runs the install via RADIA has not sequenced correctly and machine bounced at the incorrect time or not at all
