Agentless technology and Filewatcher

I'm trying to schedule a Filewatcher job on remote host (based at Win2003 Server) using agentless technology.
But I can't use that job, the following message appears:

"The system cannot execute the specified program."

Anybody know how to use filewatcher (ctmfw) with agentless technology?

P.S. If I use standard Agent on that host, everything works fine.
