different timings

Post by Aneez » 27 Dec 2007 12:02

Hi,
Can I set up a job such that it runs at different times during the day?
Say 8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 3:30pm. This job has to run daily at these times.

Maybe you can use cyclic job, set the rerun parameter (4 rerun) for running job every 2 hours from job start.

If somebody knows a better solution...

Oh, yes, there is 3 hours between 12:30 and 3:30. Mea culpa. :)

I created 2 jobs. One which runs at 8:30am and 10:30. This is cyclic with rerun every 2 hours. Submitted between 8:30 to 11:00.
The second is a cyclic with rerun every 3 hours. Submitted between 12:30 to 16:00.

Do i need the maximum rerun counter for this?
