Adding a Windows Server via Control-M Agentless via SSH

When attempting to add a Windows server to Control-M via agentless, I'm receiving the following error.
"Check Remote Host state Failed."
"Failed to ping Remote Host"
"Control-M/Server is not authorized for this Control-M/Agent."
"Error - CTM6894 HOSTMAP_PLUGIN"
Our Windows admins installed a SSH client to the Windows server. Since our Control-M server resides on AIX, we did not want to add an additional Control-M server (on Windows) and use WMI. We did not have to use Global conditions to connect our jobs in Control-M.
We have multiple remote hosts, however this is our first Windows add attempt.
