All the jobs ran in a second in one of the agent

Hi All,
In our datacenter one of the agent has around 120 which is database server and has 2 databases running on it let say db1 and db2. Jobs running on db1 failed after a second (no processing done)but reported back success (All the jobs ended green) while db2 jobs on the same server ran as expected.
I don't see any logs on proclog direcotory on agent as well as on server.
can you someone pls help me to figureout this problem ?
I m on version 7.0.00.300
