Control-M/Agent Node Unavailable

Hi,

Job is in blue color status in Control-M/EM GUI, and it is showing Agent Node is Unavailable. But when i check the agent status in Control-M server, the Node is available.And also from Agent to Server ping also successful.What could be the reason??

Maybe the problem is that the communication is not complete.
Try the command ag_diag_comm on the agent and send us the output.
Can send us even the agent version and operating system?

Seems like the agent is hung. Ask your system administrators to restart the control-m agent service which will reslove your problem.

try restarting the control-m agent service on that node.

Check the version of CMServer and Agent. Protocols may have to be changed

Thank you all. It's working fine after re-started the Control-M/Agent services.
