Latest Control M Windows Agents

I need to know the latest version of Windows agent available.
My Machine is Windows 2008 R2 STD.
Is there a Windows agent 7 available(I heard from my support team and I am not able to find the details on BMC page)

Hi,

Yes, there is an agent v7.0 for Windows machines. And even service pack exists. You need to check the products download page properly. Or check you support account settings, could be you have not filled every component you might need in the definition of your profile.

Also on the EPD pagem click profile in the upper left and check if you have windows checked there.
