Remote Agent 'v' conventional Agent

Hi All,

What are the disadvantages of using Remote Agents?

Looking at the admin manual, it would seem that there is no benefit in installing agent software. In fact, the overhead of maintaining all of your individual agents makes me wonder why the agent software still exists (save the Local agent).

So what is it that they are not telling us - that you have discovered?
