Agent 6.3.01 on Linux with Control-M Server AIX

Please help me with this :

I have Control-M server v6.3.0.1.400 AIX Machine, with 10 agents installed on AIX machine working very well since 1 year ago.

Now, i trying to install a new agent on a LINUX machine, but all jobs that run in this new linux machine remain 'executing' (yellow) and never end. I verify the operating system 'top' command and i see the p_ctmag user agent using 10% of cpu and 2% of memory of this linux machine. This machine have 1Gb Ram.
This is the information of linux :

In the LOG option in the GUI, the jobs remain 'EXECUTING' and yellow, mean while in the sysout, appears 'current run' but the script have been finished really. I try executing a script with a simple 'echo "HELLO"' and remain executing. So i discard complex script o shell development sintax error.

Can any one help me ?

make sure tracker process is running at Linux agent

Also check:
- correct control-m server name resolution at linux agent
- communication from linux agent to control-m server port

My BMC local support say to me :
'Linux Centos is not supported by Control-M'
