We are running CTM 6.2. The 6.2 Agent was installed on a UNIX(Solaris 10 i believe) server as ctm_agt. I need to have some jobs run using "ABC" userid. When I try to run a job I get the error: JOB FAILED TO EXECUTE DUE TO USER ENVIRONMENT.
Does something need to be done on the UNIX side to give permission to this user so Control-m can use it? Or is it a Control-m setting? If so what??? I do not have access to the UNIX server so have to be able to translate what I need to our UNIX geeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

try this...
Any user used to run jobs in Control-M must be exist in your agent machine. This user are create by UNIX administrator.
When Ctrl-M use this 'user', it make likes 'sudo' command and if this user not have been created, this error occurs.
