agent hp unix ia64 hp 11.31 probleme

hello,

My conf:
-controlm 6.3 em windows
-controlm 6.3 server on windows
-controlm agent 6.3 on windows and unix

i ve a problem with controlM agent 6.3 UNIX HP 11.31 itanium 64, when i submit a job to unix (just "ls -ltr" or a little ksh) with the controlM user, no problem, but when i use another user the job finish OK (green) but it didn't do anything. The sysout file is created on the directory "sysout" but is empty. i ve also tried with root and same problem. The auth security is not active on the server.

someone have an idea?

Are you in the lastest fix pack version for all Control-M components (EM, SRV, AGT) ?

Hi,

Please check the permission of control-m user account on the file you are trying to run. (In windows it behaves similar way)
