Control-M v7 on Windows Virtual Machine

Does Anyone use this setup?
Control-M v7 on Windows Virtual Machine (64bit) and SQL DB (2008)
If so What are the challenges or issues you face (if any)?

Ran it for over a year in our test environment with no issues. Had to disable due licensing issues but otherwise would still be running now.

Be sure, the ´Windows Firewall´ is disabled, it can prevent you to reach any agents externally to this host
