Lischencing terms for failover environment for Control-M 6.4

Hi-

We currently having single control-M environemnt in our Prod and planning to implement failover/Replication for Prod.

Does any one know if I need to purchase a new sit of liscences to support failover/Replication or can I use exisiting liscences.(we are liscenced per task)

Please advise

Hi,
No you didn't as your failover should run only when primary is down.
Licence is calculate on 2 ways:
First way
Agent installation status depending on host / cpu design of the host

second way
Licence is calculated on number of jobs basis on NDP.
Then licence is negociated every year.
