I would like to know hot could I avoid that the rest windows users can execute the command ctm_menu when they login in a windows server

logon to your server launch a dos windows , move to the controlm server directory, and laucnh your utility.
To allow a user other than the CONTROL-M administrator to run
CONTROL-M/Server utilities on a Windows computer, change the permissions of
the following directories:
temp
proclog
prflag
The user requires the permission to write to these directories.

My user have the administrators groups and users groups. And I would like that only my user can access to ctm_menu becasue if I create other user with administrator rights and user rights when this user logon they can execute the command.
