Set variable for strMonthName using set tab or others

Third party application requires to ftp files to folders named as yyyy-mm-strMoName where strMoName is If mm=01 then strMoName=JAN or If mm=02 Then strMoName=FEB and so on. Any solutions on how to do this either on the set tab or other ways:?:
