Update - z/OS UI versus EM/DESKTOP

Hi,
I would like to ask about situation related to uploading new definitions to control-m server on z/OS.
We have control-m server on z/OS. This server is also connected to Control-M EM.
The standard way is use the control-m desktop, modify jobs definitions -> write them to EM DB -> upload them to CTM server (update schedule library).
What will happen when somebody will update this library outside the EM by using z/OS UI and then i want to upload my new definitions by using EM/DESKTOP?
Will I get some warning message that some member/definition was updated after last upload/download date(time) which is in EM/DESKTOP?
Can happen situation that member will be rewrite with my definitions without any warning?
