Scheduler Usage

Is anyone aware a way to code a cross platform or global Control Resource? We have a Mainframe job that contends with an iSeries job when both are trying to access a specific file. Simply defining a Control Resource in Control-M/EM job definitions does not work since the jobs run on different platforms.

Any advice is appreciated.

Here is an idea.
Considering you can install on one server, several control-m agent instances,
and working with utilities as ecaqrtab or ecactltb , you can manage ressources to all control-m server.
