To Schedule a job except Dec 31

I need to schedule a job to run daily except December 31st. Is it possible to achieve without a Calendar?

It's depends on the Control-M Version.
But since 7.0, you can use Rule Based Calendar.
Creating one to schedule the 31th of December, you could use as an exclusion in your job daily schedule.
