Need to get the Noticed time in GAS

Hi All,

We are using Control-M 7.0.00.300 . Now we started SLA implementation i.e, within 10 mins alert need to noticed.So my team is started following the same.First they are noticing the alert and later they are working on the alert and then handling the alert.But when we pull the GAS report it is showing the latest handled time.We are not able to get the notice time.

We need pull a report with Notice time and handled time,so that we can verify that the SLA Met or not.Please help us to solve the issue.
