I getting below error while I tried to open reporting facility icon.
I’ve installed Control-M/EM client on windows machine with fix pack-4
Failed to connect with database
OLEDB provider is not found-oraOLEDB.ORACLE
iN A VERY INITAIL CHK- oracle client is installed on the windows host and the yes oracle is running fine since I'm able to login through Control-M/EM and desktop but the problem is only for reporting facility.

Can you check below :-
Are you able to ping DB server from your local machine ?
Are you able to telnet using the DB port from your machine ?
Error you have mentioned may be related to oracle client installation

Usually in control-M we get error for Oracle DB is
Reporting Facility is unable to connect to the database
Error msg (if exists)
Either the database:
- is not running
- OLEDB driver is not installed or registered.
Check the log file for more information.
