Defining Control resource

Hi
Can anybody help me with defining of Control Resource in Control-m.
i am definfing a Exclusive Control Resource for a set of jobs.

However my jobs do not run and they show waiting for Control Resource Mode-E.

Though I have defined the Control Resource in Control Resource definition panel but its not working.

I have given the name of the resource as test.

Thanks for this Info.
However the thing is as soon as the job fails or completes successfully it releases the resource.
if there a way to hold the resource till the job is completed incase it has failed.
