PeopleSoft Connection Issue

Hi
I am tryin to set up jobs in Control-m(Unix based) to trigger few jobs on peoplesoft Application Server.
However the job ias unable to connect to the server rather its failing with :

java.io.FileNotFoundException: pstools.properties (No such file or directory)
Error connecting to the Application Server! AppServer

All the login credentials are correctly set up.I am able to run basic commands like ls or ag_diag_comm commands onto the Peoplesoft server.

Agent Platform Architecture : Solaris-sparcv9

Please help.
Same config when set up on the production Env is working fine.

Contorl-m Agent version is 6.4.01.

Check if pstools.properties file available in the following directory
$HOME/ctm_agent/ctm/cm/PS8/java
