BMC Scheduler cannot read the shutdown command.

BMC Scheduler cannot read the shutdown command. This apparently has never worked through BMC, as the shutdown would work, but it would not recognize the restart flag on the shutdown.exe command. Is there any help on this to allow Control M the ability to reconize the restart flag on the shutdown.exe command? The server that is needed to be rebooted is a E.piphany server.
Here is an example of the command I am using.

D:\Data\Tools\Shutdown.exe /L/C/R

Automated reboots of the Epiphany 5.5 DSCS Servers

Thanks,

Hi TRAVO

I just will try the following syntax :

cmd /C "D:\Data\Tools\Shutdown.exe /L/C/R "

I can use that exact syntax in a job as a command?

Thanks,

Thanks I will try that command to see if it works. Do I leave the quotes and the spaces just as you have them in your response?

Thanks,

Yes, try exactly the same syntax. Simple quote could not run correctly.
