Hi,
- I'm using a thick client on windows to reach a distant controlm on unix
I launch this command : exportdeftable -pf C:\pffile.txt -s monserveur -arg C:\argu2.xml -out C:\exec.xml
and it replies:
Using SSL
Failed to load user authorizations
This error may be caused by any of the following:
- Server 'emenvd.systems.uk.hsbc' is not running.
- The Server listening port is blocked by the firewall.
- The outgoing ports are blocked in this computer.
Does anyone know where the problem is?
NB: I have limited rights and I am not able to access any controlm server console + the solution is not in the command syntax, because it does the same thing with other commands.
Thank you
"Failed to load user authorizations" message when launching exportdeftable
Re: "Failed to load user authorizations" message when launching exportdeftable
Hi
-s monserveur is not physical machine but name of your GUI Server defined in the CCM
You can also try to use other commands as -U user -P password
But that user must have access on the Control-M Workload Console
