Job not find the path of the shell

Post by Nero1981 » 01 Oct 2013 4:45

Hello, everyone!

I am running on Linux-control with Oracle DB.

I have problem when we run the job to make synchronization between MF and PA. the job can not find the path of shell.

However the server log in the path exists and we have enough disk space to perform the procedures and agent.

I changed the way the shell / tmp / and even then the job can not locate the shell.

Another test I performed was to list the contents of the directory through the job without success.

It is only possible relizar ping command and whoami.

Someone has gone through this and what was experiancia solution adopted.
I'm considering reinstalling the agent server.

Could you provide the log (not the sysout) of the jobs?
Could you provide the agent version ?
Whose shell is using the agent account and whose shell is using the user that is used to submit the job?
What are the parameters of the CONFIG.dat of the agent?
What are the following:
agent to server port
Server to agent port
Do youc have any messages in:
Controlm server/ctm_server/proclog/ns*.log about the agent name?

So long i can find more and more questions, but i'm sure it is a small problem, for end have a look on the user profile used to submit the job
