Scheduler Usage

Hi friends,

Please help me to how to make Control-M/agent status available in Control-M configuration Manager when agent state is unavailable.

My jobs are failing ( blue color) as soon as i free it.

If the agent are unavailable, is because there inst comunication between server and agent machine.
check the following:
- ping agent from server machine
- ping server from agent machine
- agent sevices are up (p_ctmag, p_ctmat process)
- control the "agent to server port" and the "server to agent port" (default 7005 and 7006): are correctly set and eachable (telnet)
