Scheduler Usage

I'm trying to install Oracle 10 in an AIX 5.3 server.
The installation fails at the following part:

Done Run slibclean
Fail 10.1.0.3 patch installation
Renaming silentInstall.log file
Renaming installActions.log file
Removing temporary files
Update OPatch version
Start listener
Data Dictionary migration
Setting environment variables
Copy DB_MAINT scripts
Add DB_MAINT to path

(For detail please look in file /software/controlm/em630/oracle/oraInventory/logs/silentInstall*.log)
Installation failed.

Do you have any tips for this problem?

What is write in the log file :
"software/controlm/em630/oracle/oraInventory/logs/silentInstall*.log" ?
