Scheduler Usage

I've tried quite a few things but cannot find out how to contact an administrator or moderator to report some spam. I see the FAQ section tells me to contact the admin or moderator but nothing on the site actually tells me how to do so. This needs improvement.
BTW - how do i contact them to report the spam (until this is improved)?
