Documentation improvement?

Post by Dilbert » 15 Jul 2008 10:54

Many time you can read here that documentation about something is not detailed and specific.
What do you think about it? Do BMC need to improve their documentation, with better explanation, more examples, troubleshooting guide and best practices advices?

we're on one boat. ;)
But without practical experiences .. the documentation can be 'par excelance' ...
The one will never understand this product if he does not go to production with it and has to costumize it for customers.
