How to monitor the mainframe control-M Jobs ?

1.how to kill mainframe jobs in control-M
2.how to force ok,delete,hold ,relese ,re-ran in mainframe jobs in control-M?

Please explain step by step ?

You have 2 choices as far as monitoring and interacting with mainframe jobs. If you have access to the Control-M EM and the mainframe data centre is defined you can use the GUI interface to interact with the jobs. or from TSO on the mainframe you can access the Control-M ISPF interface and from there you have all the commands avialable to interact with Control-M. You might want to check the BMC Control-M User guide for Z/OS it contains information and examples of the different functions available.
