Scheduler Usage

Why is the 'time' scheduling criteria for the group definition defined in the general tab ? Will it not make more sense to add it to the 'scheduling tags' tab, so that you can allow greater scheduling flexibility to job definitions defined within the groups.

For instance:
If I had jobs that need to be scheduled at different times during a weekend, than during the week it will make more sense to assign the time to a scheduling tag.
