AFT--> New Account creation Problem

tried it again, it worked fine.
They have given two accounts, testing one and the other prodcution.
I was trying the testing one, it was not working.
when I changed to production one, it was working
I dont understand, after the conversion what you have done:
you have imported the pem certificate and then the accounts works?

I havent created any certificates.
It worked fine without any certificates.

I complete the procedure steps for loading certificates.
After have the certificate in PEM format:

3) Open a command shell (on windows run\cmd) and go to the path:
<CONTROL>/cm/AFT/data/SSL/cert

4) Run this command:
../bin/sslcmd -k aftkey.kdb
( the default password is "cmforaft")

5) From the sslcmd Utility menu, select Option 2 (Add CA).
and Specify the path to and filename of the server CA file.

(example: /home/ctmagent/CA/server-ssl.pem)

save and exit (19 option)

6) Define the correspondent account with ctmaftacc utility

7) Validate the account

8) Run a job with a test file for testing the connection and user rights

End.
