BIM Installation and config

Hi,
We are planning to upgrade Control-M EM from 6.2 to 6.3 version. EM 6.3 is installed and set but when we try to install BIM we get error message. Contorl-M server is still on 6.2 version. BMC documentation for installing BIM doesn't have complete installation and configuration steps. Can someone send a detailed steps to install and configure BIM.

You have installed the BIM after em configuration and fix pack?

If so unistall the fix pack, install the BIM, reinstall the fix pack.
