Scheduler Usage

I am testing an upgrade to Control-m/EM V8 and am having an issue with forcing a job. I was able to a week ago but now when I try I get a failure and the message "Couldn't complete the order action due to communication with the data center".
I've look around a little for a solution but thought I would ask here while I continue to look.

Any help with be appreciated.
