Hi All,
I just wanna know how to extract all the database accounts which are insalled in a particular agent, when i tried to see from CCM, that particular agent was crashed so its not listed out, in this scenario i heard about the ultility CTMAFTCC for advance file transfer,similarly what would be for database account?, how to use this ultility.
