AFT with load balancing

Post by mauriziog » 08 Aug 2007 7:22

Something have esperienced this?

The problem is that in the AFT job definition the nodeID is fixed, and the accounts must be defined on each agent.

Hi,
I thinks it's possible with the <node-group> definition.
You put your's <nodeid> in a <node-group> and you use it.
But every <accounts.dat> file must be defined on each agent where the AFT module is installed.

Regards
Walty

I've done in this way:
- the accounts must be defined exactly with the same names on all the group machines.
- must be nodeid, nodegroup name dont work so:
I do it with the ctmcreate that create the job on the node active.

And with the ctmcreate i have done a flow very interesting with as many job as the variable number of files is ...
:)
