This is for people which were previously using the Interface for Peoplesoft and have upgraded to the newer CM for Peoplesoft. The interface method used a command line which passed all the job parameters like run control and jobname and type, etc. It also pointed to an environment file which contained the connection information for the PSoft application server. In the new CM for peoplesoft, the env file is replaced by a profile, the command line goes away and a new PSoft form tab provides for entering information previoulsy specified on the command line.
Has anyone developed a script/program/process for converting job defs in the older format to CM-for-PSoft compatible job defs somewhat automatically. With hundreds of jobs to convert, I hope the answer isn't that we have to convert each one manually.
