CM for SAP Batch input Job

Hi all,

does anyone know how the Batch Input SAP job type behaves ? More precisely, does it end as fast as standard RSBDCSUB program, which ends successfully as soon as it has sent all sessions in background and not when they are finished processing, or does it wait till the end of the session processing ?

This is in order to know if successor jobs do not start too early (before actual processing of the data in the BTCI).

successor in controlm waiting for env parameter (conditions and so on), so if you have a successor define in controlm server it's neccessary wait for your it's param to run...

Hi,

I meant that if I run a job submitting BTCI through RSBDCSUB, the job ends OK and posts its condition to its succesor. BUT within SAP, the data in the BTCI are not yet processed.

The successor job has started because it received the condition from the RSBDCSUB job, but the data needed is not available yet.

Does the Batch input type of job as provided in the Desktop wait for the data processing of the BTCI sessions before ending and posting its condition ?
