When you ORDER a job, the job will load in Control-M EM only if it was scheduled for the day, whereas if you FORCE a job, it will load no matter what the schedule is.

EG: Job A scehduled every Monday
If you are trying to ORDER the job on tuesday, it will not load.
If you are trying to FORCE the job on Tuesday, it will be loaded.
Thanks!Winsome

Difference between Order and Force:

Order: will bring the in to AJF if the job is in schedule.
Force: will bring the job into AJF irrespective of the schedule.
