How to edit the command line for jobs in control-m

:?i'm new to 6.2 env. and would like to know how can we edit the command line in this?

Hello;

For windows use cmd ECHO
for unix i don't know.

Vicky, I believe you're not going to get much help with this as the question seems a bit vague. If you could elaborate on what "command line" and "this" you are talking about, I'm sure we could be of much more service.

Sorry 4 d confusion... to elaborate

For Windows : on the "Job Editing form" for any job thr is a field named "Command" under the "General" tab... I wanted to know how can this field be edited?

Hi Viky,

There are diffirent ways you can do this....
Depending when you want to edit it and if it is a permanent change or not...

Permanent change:
Do it via your Control-M/Desptop, load your table and edit the command lines you need to edit, save it, write it back to into your EM database and then open your scheduling table manager and upload it onto you Control-M/Server databases..

Temporary change:
In your active environment on your GUI, hold the task and edit the command line, safe the task and rerun your task.

The esiest way to do it
