What could the be reason the New day process in hung status and not completed on time.

Hi

A lot of reason could create that problem.
One of them, all table are with Automatic Method or SYSTEM userdaily
Create another userdaily alias as ONE, and aplly it to all Tables except on table having a job running folowing command
ctmudly -DIALYNAME ONE

This will reduce time of NDP.
