Scheduler Usage

Hi All,

We have some jobs created in SMART tables. Today the job completed in the agent level and we are getting the information in the log also, but still the job is showing as yellow colour and it is not passing the condition to the dependent jobs. what will be the reason for status not updating in Control-M EM.

Version: Control-M 7.0.00
Agent version: Control-M 7.0.00

restart the CONTROL-M agent service on the agent machine .This is basically a CONTROL-M agent tracker process issue being not able to update the CONTROL-M server with the job status.

control the agent to server comunication:
network, route, ports, dns, etc.

if you still get the issue after your control, install the last fixpack.
