ControlM SNMP trap message

Hi There

Can anybody help me, I have setup controlM to send SNMP trap message everytime the job fails and it does send it to a specific hosts (Netcool). The problem is how to set a rule file on Netcool to formate an SNMP when it receive it.

If enyboby has done this before, please help.

Hi

I did managed to get it right, we were using the wrong enterprise ID (1031).
