Try adding this line to the config.dat file on your Control-M server.

NOT_ORDERED_JOB_ALERT 2

You might need to restart Control-M server for changes to take effect.

Hi

Reason is, when you order jobs using USERDAILY (ctmudly) function, one or more jobs will be not ordered because the scheduling didn't match with the ODAT.

In fact, is normal, Control-M try to read all scheduling definition in yours jobs. And if you verify, jobs not ordered, had no scheduling for today.

That alert is sent normally, but you can disable it using what "sharonc" said.
