Shout to E/M

I want to configure Latetime, Latesub and Exectime shouts in control-m. But I want to see the message on control-m E/M like a pop up or some kind of color change.

Is this possible?

From Control-m guide I found that the messages can only be sent to Console or to user. But nothing said about control-m E/M GUI. Please help.

You can try to find on the web some kind of freeware banner tool that can be used through command line... and then define that command on a shout destination table.
