Control-M 6.3 Mail Problem

Hi, I have this problem after upgrading Control-M Server to 6.3.01, we've been using Control-M to send SMS via an SMS Gateway. This reads the body of the mail and sens the Message.
Now with this version, Control-M adds the "Mail message from CONTROL-M:" header in all mails and the SMS gateway can't read them. How can I remove this header???
Please someone help me, because I can´t find the solution anywhere.

Hi,

Put the parameter 'MAIL_ADD_SUBJECT_PREFIX N' in the the CONTROL-M/Server configuration parameter file (~<controlm_owner>/ctm_server/data/config.dat)

Hello,

I have the same behavior in 6.4.01.

I have put the MAIL_ADD_SUBJECT_PREFIX N in config.dat of my controlM server but still same result : object is OK but message is not OK.
Any other idea is welcome.

did you think to stop/restart controlm configuration agent and controlm server ?
it must be done to upload in memory config.dat parameters

Thanks for your fast reply.

I have done a stop/start of the ctm_ca and ctm_server but no more change. Still object is OK but message is encoded so not really readable.
