What is Dynamic Filter?

What is the use of Dynamic Filter Option in Control-M/EM 6.3?

it's to dynamically filter your data in GUI, you can use it just before load AJF in GUI, and parameter the odat/datacenter/application/group as you want, to not load all data in GUI.

I got what I want, but when I implement it, I didn't get the actual result. I am not getting anything in the filter area when I implement dynamic data filter.I do not have search.aspx and current.aspx pages, do I need to create them.
