Alerts fall GCS

Hi,

How can I monitor in the alerts of the Control-M the fall of GCS service.
When the service GCS falls, I see not alert of the fall.

Hy,
you're probably in 6.3, from this version alerts concerning Controlm/EM components are displayed in the Controlm Configuration Manager menu as xalerts tools.
All alerts concerning Controlm/eM infra. are in the CCM xalaerts.
